    Hello I have the same problem. Began to appear following error,, Unfortunately maxisys stopped working ,,. Then they vanished all my updates. Now began to appear this error in transferring file can view it,,,, Z5unziprkss0. Please help.

     Can u send the picture of error message to support@autel.com? We never put such message to any tool.
